01 · Context

Project notes

ASE Group's 2018 merger created one company from three: ASE, SPIL, and USI. But the website had no unified visual identity—the shared sun logo even confused which brand you were looking at. We redesigned the entire digital presence to establish clear brand differentiation and organize extensive ESG content for seamless navigation.

Decision 01

Visual Identity: We evolved the sun logo with sophisticated color schemes and created comprehensive brand guidelines for all three subsidiaries. Content Architecture: Holding company history, facility info, news, and resources now have clear, user-centric layouts. ESG Focus: ASE's commitment to sustainable practices gets priority placement with redesigned layouts that make complex content accessible.

Project notes

The site uses authentic photography and video from ASE and its foundations to showcase real corporate spirit. Deep blue tones convey professionalism, paired with clean sans-serif typography. Gradient button animations and related content linking create engaging interactions. Behind the scenes, we combined Webflow for CMS management with Laravel Nova for file handling, so ASE teams can update content across departments without code knowledge.
