01 · Context
KVB Kunlun is an international financial services corporation licensed and regulated across New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and Hong Kong. This was our first cross-border project, modernizing their real-time forex trading app with updated UI and improved user experience across 12 major currencies.
02 · System
The original app, built by engineers, had significant usability and UI flow problems. A tight timeline demanded smart execution, so we adopted tools like Paste, Overflow, Zeplin, and Zoom to collaborate efficiently with remote teams without sacrificing design quality.
03 · Experience
Clear user flows tell a story, showing engineers the full journey helps them build with purpose. Using Overflow, the client could visualize the complete interaction model from signup to execution. This shared understanding strengthened our cross-border partnership and improved the final product.
04 · Outcome
GUI DESIGN AND UI KIT
In order to give a brand new image on this app revamp, we put efforts on the UI design the most, moreover, we made a new style UI kit to help engineers develop efficiently and visual consistency.
